A KMTC diploma in health records and information technology is a three year course that trains and equips students with skillsin collection, management, analyzing and maintenance of medical records and patients data. Through information technology modules, the course equips students with skills in computerized health information systems

KMTC Requirements for diploma in health records and IT

To be eligible for enrollment, you need to meet the following requirements.

  1. A KCSE mean grade of C plain or above.
  2. C plain in english/Kiswahili
  3. C minus in mathematics
  4. D+ in biology
  5. C minus in C- in either Physics, Chemistry, Computer Studies, Agriculture, Home Science, Economics, Geography, Commerce, or Business Studies.

Holder of a certificate in health records and IT are also eligible.
