Diploma in Nursing (Midwifery) requirements & campuses
A diploma in Kenya registered nursing and midwifery is a three year nursing course that offers core nursing training with a speciality in midwifery.
They assist women in labour wards and during delivery, prenatal and postpartum checkups, family planning education and awareness, and general newborn care.
The entry requirements for the course are:
- A KCSE mean grade of C plain
- C plain or above in English/Kiswahili
- C plain in biology
- C minus in either physics, mathematics, or chemistry
